Experience

The principal and founder of the Gold Key Protection Plan is the same company that founded Automobile Consumer Service Corporation 32 years ago and Vehicular Service Insurance Company. Later, they entered into a Risk Retention Group and started ACSC of Florida, Inc., a Florida 634 company, in 2002 to serve its Florida customers.

In addition, beginning in 1990, ACSC was the pioneer to provide the USDOT and USEPA, a warranty program for Registered Importers. The registration with USDOT and USEPA is still applicable and very successful today. The same principles that were so successful at ACSC have now been applied to Gold Key and are built around a more comprehensive coverage with stronger competitive advantages.

Claims

All claims are administered by ACSC and paid immediately to an ASE licensed repair facility via a credit card payment the day the repair is completed. ACSC has almost 100% Customer Satisfaction Index which was earned with honest and prompt service. (Check us out with the Better Business Bureau in Huntsville, Alabama). Roadside Benefits and Assistance are some of the best available to the policyholder. This is a complete program for the entire term of the policy.
